Out of all the people with disabilities at the Pool of Bethesda, why did Jesus pick this one particular man to heal? This man had been at the pool for 38 years. Perhaps one reason is that Jesus knew the man's condition and He seen the man's persistence. The lesson we can learn here is that Jesus knows our condition, He sees our persistence and He will deliver.
